For example, we may be required to view your valid government photo identification to ensure you are of legal age to enter the premises and/or make a purchase

Only staff members or Eden representatives or service providers needing access to Personal Information to carry out the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, and such other purposes as permitted or required by applicable law, are provided access to such information and we limit their access to that needed for the purpose(s) they are carrying out. Personal Information we collect is managed from our offices in Vancouver

You may access, review, and request correction your Personal Information held by Eden. If you request access, we endeavor to provide the information in question within a reasonable time.

For example, we may require you to verify your identity before you access your Personal Information. 

We reserve the right not to change Personal Information if we disagree that it is incorrect, but we will append your requested alternative information.
